OCS Inventory

Below are two non-invasive one-time run inventory tools that can be used to collect the information from each university-owned computer (on-campus and off-campus). The inventory tool only needs run once per computer. The information gathered is automatically stored in our College-wide database. The information collected consists of system information such as manufacturer, model, serial number, machine name, disk size, memory, and processor. It also collects application titles for installed software such as operating system, Microsoft Office, etc. The tools do not collect any type of usage information or scan data files or caches. You may request a report of the information you collected by contacting the CASTS office via email at cas-help@okstate.edu. If you choose not use the tools, please send the system information listed above to cas-help@okstate.edu. Unfortunately we do not have an automated tool available for Linux computers at this time.
